ONE USEFUL START
Let’s talk.
Tell us about one task your team wants to improve. We can discuss the current process, the people involved and a sensible next step.
A general description is enough to start. Please leave out confidential customer information, passwords and private business files.

What happens next?
- 01
Understand the work
We discuss the current steps, available information and the person responsible for the outcome.
- 02
Agree a useful scope
We define a pilot’s output, boundaries, cost, timing and acceptance conditions before implementation.
- 03
Build and check
We test representative cases, exceptions and review points with the people who will use the workflow.
- 04
Hand over clearly
We provide the agreed materials and operating guidance, with ownership, support and maintenance defined in the scope.
Before we start.
Where should we start, and can we use our existing tools?
Start with one repetitive task and the people who do it. We assess your current tools, available information and access options before recommending an approach. A small change or ordinary automation may be enough; any new software or connection is agreed as part of the scope.
How are cost and timing agreed?
They depend on the workflow, data preparation, systems and testing involved. The proposal sets out scope, pricing, timing, responsibilities and third-party costs before implementation. Support and later changes are also defined, so the pilot’s boundaries are clear.
What should we share, and who reviews important actions?
Use a general description for the first enquiry. Before a pilot, we agree what information is needed, who may access it and which services may process it. We also define who reviews consequential actions and who handles exceptions; sending a customer message or changing a business record may require approval.
